cat brat

How do you know when the cat you adopted has crossed the line from darling to diva?

When she refuses to drink water unless you turn on the faucet in the a thin trickle.

And no, you can't use the stopper to 'save' some for her. She wants it FRESH.

And Now? Now, she's got Leo doing it too!

What they say about cats having wait staff. Yep....its true.

Oh I know, Looey totally did this when he was a kitten. Still does sometimes. In fact, now he puts his paw into the dish and drags it around to where he wants it, then puts his paw in and then licks off the water and repeat until he's finished. Or he drinks from the fish tank! It is too funny, I must find a picture and send it to you!

Our Jingles sits in the sink and waits for someone to turn the water on for her.

She also runs from balcony door to balcony door until someone decides to let her out. She's very persistent.

Hope you are having a great day! Best wishes, Tammy

Our old Growlie Kitty used to sleep in the bathroom sink and he, also, would only drink if the water was trickling. We humans definitely are their "wait staff." Oops! Gotta's almost two minutes past Miss Piggy's breakfast time! LOL!

I have the same problem at my house, so if your on your way to the bathroom watch out you may be knocked over by a charging cat!

I love cats and all their quirky traits :)

Hubby had a cat that was like that. The Old Man would sleep in the bathroom sink because it was so cool. Then when he woke up he would cry until someone turned the water on for him. He also love to sit in the shower while I showered but hated a bath.

Too funny! I think that qualifies for Diva status! I love that Leo is getting in on the fresh water action too!

AH-hahahaha....I feel your pain. I've gotten to the point to where we keep a tupperware water bowl in the tub for her below the tap, but she still wants it filled regularly.
