Florida

We were in Florida a couple weekends ago to attend my brother in laws memorial service.

As we pulled out, the kids were cutting up before settling in with music and books.

It is always great to see my family....although there were tears, there was a lot of laughter too...

Thank you to Phil. Because of him, we did some dancing...

some of us made fun of how OTHER people danced...Thank you Sheri for the PERFECT imitation of said family member!

we also caught up with old friends...

and generally hung out...

Bill would have approved, he always enjoyed getting together with family.

Funerals have a way of bringing everyone together through tears and laughter.

Happy belated birthday to Matt! My 16 year old loves PF Changs, too. He can't even drive in this country until he's 18 and then there are only driver's learning cars where someone takes you out 6-8 times, or however many times they think you need, before you can get your license. It's not driver's ed, they don't teach respect, road rules or courtesy. I'd love to get him into a summer program in the states, but now sure how or where or how long a session would be.

Hope you are having a good week. Tammy

I'm so glad you had time with your family to celebrate and remember your brother-in-law.
