A surprise from California!
I got the SWEETEST gift in the mail Saturday.
Nicki enjoyed the Fiesta theme and decided to thank me by sending me a box of California Avocados!!!!! I was blown away by her generosity.

A few months ago I made avocado ice cream using Alton Brown's Good Eats recipe. It was delish and super creamy.
I'm so glad you'll be enjoying those avos when they ripen in a few days.....I love sharing the wealth! It's so rare to meet someone who doesn't like avocados, but I have to share this: I work for an avocado company and the owners wife can't stand them!! GO FIGURE!!
