Friday Favorites....

I don't do Friday Favorites very often but decided this little gadget was worth a post.  
Can you guess what it is?  An omelet maker...  We got it for Christmas this past year and love it. 

The best thing is, I use liquid eggs so all I have to do is saute some veggies and top it with shredded cheese....how hard is that...NOT!

and I have this little plate of yumminess in about 5 minutes!

I top it with a little picante and it is sooooooo good!
